This notice explains how the public CipherNest website handles information connected with visits and inquiries. It does not replace a written agreement for services, research collaboration, or any future product offering.

If you use a contact channel, you may provide your name, email address, organization, and message. Please keep any submission limited to the context needed for an initial conversation. Do not send credentials, confidential client information, production logs, malware samples, or active incident details through the public site.

The current contact form is a client-side demonstration. It validates fields in your browser and does not transmit, store, or deliver form content. Before a live form is enabled, it will use an appropriate protected endpoint, server-side validation, and bot protection such as Cloudflare Turnstile.

The site may receive ordinary technical information generated by your browser or hosting provider, such as device type, browser family, approximate location inferred from IP address, pages requested, and security logs. This information is used to operate, protect, and improve the website—not to build a profile for sale.

CipherNest aims to keep tracking minimal. If analytics or preference cookies are introduced, their purpose and any consent choices will be disclosed at that time. Essential security controls may use short-lived technical storage where required to protect the service.

Personal information is not sold. Limited information may be processed by infrastructure, email, or security providers only when needed to operate the website or respond to a request, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Information is retained only for as long as there is a legitimate operational reason, such as replying to an inquiry or meeting a legal obligation. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
